Author: Edward Finegan, Robert LiguoriPublisher: McGraw-Hill Osborne MediaPublished Date: September 18th 2012Paperback: 576 pagesSummary: This book may get attentions because it is produced by Oracle - the firm that owns and powers the Java technology and also issues all the Java certifications. However, taking a closer look, the book has many errata, typos, mistakes and even incorrect information. Although this book may be good or understandable for medium and expert Java programmers, we don’t recommend it to those who are beginners or have little experience in Java. Chances to pass the exam with this book are not highly guaranteed, depending on your current experience and whether you have other complementary materials or not. Hopefully the authors/publisher will correct and improve this book in the next edition. Mean while, the OCA Java SE 7 Programmer I Certification Guide mentioned above is a better replacement.Read Full Customer ReviewsTable of Content:More information about this book on Amazon
